1. What happens at an appointment?

 

View fabrics, styling options, sample custom clothing, and have measurements taken by appointment, in your home or office.

A custom clothing Concierge is available to take measurements by appointment and to discuss your needs. Request an appointment online with the time/trade system and Rosenberg Concierge. Callcustomerservice@rosenbergclothier.com(229-439-7616.)

On the site click the Concierge link in the top right area of the website and choose your preferred date and time. Also tell us anything specific that you are looking for. Send your Concierge an email of your desires and objectives. You will also receive an email on whatever is expected during that additional contact with your Concierge.

We do require six pictures, three depicting full length photos of yourself, front, side and back. We need three additional pictures, 6 to 8 inches below the belt line, to the top of the head, front, side and back. If you have anything out of the norm, please take a close-up of that area and give a brief explanation in the box provided.

Then proceed at your leisure, when time permits, and go over and mark what options you desire, under the customizing button. If at all possible wear your best fitting suit or trousers and shirt for the photos. They dont have to match, just fit the way you like them.

Next visit will be with your Concierge. Your wardrobe should be an investment, not a cost.

2. How long does it take to get an order?
 
Generally our custom clothing takes four to six weeks for delivery depending on the specific clothing line. If you need your clothing two to three weeks earlier, we can arrange expedited service for an additional fee.

3. Are there extra alteration costs?

Alterations or adjustments are included in the custom clothing price, saving you an additional $200-$300 vs. off-the-rack.*

*Except in rare instances of extreme weight loss and/or gain between order date and first fitting. The best approach is to let us know in advance if you are having any issues so that we can work together.
 
4. Do you have a referral program?
 
Clients who refer friends receive a free custom dress shirt with any classic fabric ($119 value) after their friend purchases their first custom suit.
 
Due to the fact that our clothing is custom fitted and tailored for your body type, it is very important that your measurements are accurate and correct. (See cancellation policy and returns.)

5. Cancelling an order

An order can be cancelled up until the time the fabric is cut for your order. Due to seasonal adjustments material is cut within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order to ensure fabric is available for that order.

6. Mistakes or Defective Merchandise

We regret that mistakes sometimes occur. Should you receive an incorrect item (wrong size or color) or a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will send you the correct item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise by calling our toll free telephone number

7. Fabric Availability

 

Rosenberg Clothier may not have all fabrics or items in stock. In the event that a cloth or item is not in stock you will be notified via phone or e-mail and a substitute will be recommended.Custom clothing typically ships within 4-5 weeks for custom shirts and 6-7 weeks for custom suits.

8. Your Account

Logging into your account lets you follow-up on your orders. The order status will state "pending" once you have confirmed your order and while we are processing it. It will state "shipped" once it has been sent to you. Please contact us if you have any questions.
